FULL SERVICE BAR PACKAGES
PLANNING - Our approach is personal, and one-on-one. Starting with a consultation, together we’ll create a menu and look that is spectacular. We’ll keep in close contact with you, your planner and/or other vendors, every step of the way. Struggling to decide on a signature drink? We can arrange a tasting for you and a guest to make sure you’ll love every detail.
SERVICE - Our service model is equally versatile. We can bottle welcome drinks, provide passed bubbles service or serve cocktail punch from decanters. Thinking something a little different? Contact us! We are able to accommodate most requests.
COCKTAILS
COCKTAILS & MOCKTAILS - We can do classics, Mersey Originals or your own personalized signature cocktails. We recommend 3 per event and focus on adding unique twists to simple, classic cocktails, but you are in the driver’s seat. Let's connect and chat about your event.
BEER & WINE SELECTIONS - We work with some amazing local craft brewers for some truly unique and creative beer options. Of course, if Uncle Ron is gonna throw a fit because there’s no Coors Light, we can make that happen too! We'll work with you and your caterers to select wine and bubbles that compliment the food being served.
PAIRINGS AND THEMES - Wine and oysters, Whiskey and cigars, Scotch and dark chocolate... sky's the limit. We can also design themed bars (think build-your-caesar bar - yum!) to add some flair to your event.
DETAILS - All garnishes, glassware and special touches will be chosen with the greatest of care, to create a dazzling representation of your event.
BAR RENTALS & LAYOUT Design
RENTALS - Stylish and unique pop-up and event bar outfitting solutions for caterers, event planners, brands and private clients throwing an event or bash. Caterers and event planners are welcome to rent!
THE BARS - Our customizable bars come in three sections, each 4' long and can be moved around easily. We also have 2 handmade rustic pallet bars, both large and in charge at 7' and 5' long, respectively. While not customizable they are a fantastic wedding option. We also offer creative functional bar back set-ups including lighting and signage.
CUSTOM SIGNAGE & DECOR - We work with local signage and décor companies to make your event special. Check out Kat Event Rentals and Tufts & Toile for inspiration. Have something else in mind? We can work with your to design the bar concept of your dreams.
DELIVERY & SETUP - All of our outfitting rentals include delivery, setup and teardown. Contact us for pricing!
THE NITTY GRITTY:
All events require a standard SOP & event insurance, or LLBO venue.
Bar rentals for events not using MC bar service will be subject to a $750 security deposit (returned within 2 business days).
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Full balance and copy of SOP (if applicable) required 14 days prior to event.
All events using MC staff for bar service will be subject to a 15% service gratuity, which will be added to the final balance.
As always, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone showing signs of intoxication.
