I am a caterer/event planner and already have bartenders for my event. Can I just rent your bars?

Yes! Our bar rental program is the perfect solution for catering companies, event planners and DIY party throwers who are serving drinks in any setting. In addition to our selection of cocktail building-friendly bars, we have creative solutions for welcome drinks, back bars, lighting and signage for your event. Each piece has been hand-built, or hand-picked to make your event stylish and timeless.

what are your prices?

Due to the personalized nature of our services we prefer to talk it out with you first. We can offer something for any budget!

We provide all of our cocktails and service models in a series of convenient packages for you to choose from.

do you provide glassware?

We work with many glassware rental companies all over southern Ontario and are able to source basic, crystal, and even vintage glassware. Tell us your vision and we'll make it happen!

Do I require a Liquor License/Event Permit?

All events require a standard SOP & event insurance, or LLBO venue.

Do you require a deposit?

Bar rentals for events not using MC bar service will be subject to a $750 security deposit (returned within 2 business days).

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Full balance and copy of SOP (if applicable) required 14 days prior to event.

Do you charge gratuity?

All events using MC staff for bar service will be subject to a 15% service gratuity, which will be added to the final balance.

Do you serve food?

No, but we sure do love snacks! Depending on the vibe of your event, we'll bring some great bar snacks to accompany your cocktails - tell us your favourite gummy candies, nuts or popcorn flavours and we'll serve them up in classic MC style.
